Lenovo IdeaPad S205

Lenovo has announced two new S-series mini laptop that called the Lenovo IdeaPad S100 and Lenovo IdeaPad S205. IdeaPad S100 netbook is based on on Intel Pine Trail platform, it builds on the previous S10-3 model and the first Lenovo laptop with support for a dual core processor, while IdeaPad S205 is based on AMD Brazos platform. Both of new IdeaPad netbook will be running on Genuine Windows 7 Operating System and will be available in a choice of colors, including red, fuchsia, sky blue and black.


The Lenovo IdeaPad S100 is powered by an Intel Atom N570 dual-core processor, Intel GMA 3150 graphics, 2GB of DDR3 RAM, up to 320GB HDD, 2.0 integrated web camera, Stereo speakers and measures 280×15~20.2×174mm with weight at 2.2 pounds. For connectivity, IdeaPad S100 is offers 802.11b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1, USB2.0, 2in1 card reader and also has a new redesigned keybaord which is a massive 98% size of the full-sized standard keyboard.
The Lenovo IdeaPad S205 is powered by an AMD Dual Core E-350 processor, up to 8GB of DDR3 memory, AMD Radeon HD 6310 512MB discrete graphics supporting DirectX 11, up to a 750GB hard-drive, integrated 1.3 megapixel web camera, a stylish AccuType chiclet keyboard, Stereo speakers and measures 0.6 x 6.6 x 1.1 inches and weighs just 3 pounds.
For connectivity, Lenovo S205 offers 802.11b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth, HDMI ports, USB 2.0 ports and Optional embedded 3G. Lenovo IdeaPad S205 laptop also features VeriFace face recognition for login to the Netbook, DirectShare which easily synchronize files with another Netbook and OneKey Rescue System which makes data back up and recovery simple.
