The MTS Overview MTS » Overview The Modular Tactical System (MTS)

The MTS system is designed to integrate with any tactical plate carrier. The Universal Tactical Display and the Tactical Mission Controller are MOLLE on components allowing the user to customize the placement of these devices. To optimize cable routing, the MTS is available with a custom cummerbund (patent pending) and/or a fully customized tactical plate carrier. The MTS is currently integrated with the RBAV (Releaseable Body Armor Vest) by BAE Systems and the MMAC (Multi Mission Armor Carrier by Eagle Industries. These vests are designed to optimize the use of the MTS system by providing built-in features for cable routing and distribution. This includes easy cable routing through the cummerbund, access points for routing cables in/out of the vest, and built-in features for holding the Tactical I/O Hub and GPS.

The Modular Tactical System (MTS), provides the dismounted warfighter with an ultra-rugged, wearable computing capability that is integrated into the plate carrier for use in a tactical environment.
